HPI specializes in kit-type RC cars and trucks, which are available already assembled
or ready to run (RTR) and kit form, which means that you have to build it yourself.

The new Savage 25 1/8th truck pictured above is HPI's most powerful R/C truck to
date! An offshoot of the popular Savage truck, it's gonna take RC'ers to another
level. Monster truck enthusiasts get more power, with higher speeds, and extra
option parts as standard equipment!
Kit R/C cars and trucks usually cost more initially, but they are much more durable
and a lot faster than a child's toy R/C car. HPI R/C kits are available with optional
bodies. Basically, you can run the gamut as far as types of vehicles you can own
such as, a street car, a street truck, a sedan, a race car, a sports car, or just about
any type of RC car you desire!
The Super Nitro RS4 is HPI's largest sedan-style car kit. The kit is 20% larger than
other 1/10 scale sedan kits, which makes them easier to drive and much larger on
the track! Some of the body styles are shown below.
These hpi rc cars measure over 20 inches (50cm) long, 10 inches (22cm) wide and
over five inches (13cm) tall!
